- To develop two lines of online business, with the aim of supplying the best quality products and services to targeted markets. To supplement my mainstream income through these initiatives.
- About Me:
- I ocurred more than half a century ago, but life has never lost its variety and excitement. I was an infantryman, then served seven years in the navy, then to the University of Cape Town, where I ended up with an MA in English Lit. I taught for about 12 years in temporary posts there and at the University of the Western Cape. Was much engaged in the anti-apartheid struggle at that time (1980s). I have also been a gardener and a house painter. Currently I am a well-established freelance editor of academic books and journals, working for many publishing houses in South Africa. I do some illustrating, painting and sculpture as well. Am also developing my Web business plans! Much to learn in the process ...

- Writing fiction, editing books, gardening, Web work, playing the bagpipes, motorcycling, painting and sculpture, creating and publishing ebooks online, blogging and Internet marketing, gif and Flash animation.

- Same as my listed activities, plus history and literature in general, horses, dogs and garden birds, Gaelic music, psychology and psychotherapy, hypnosis and the subconconscious, spiritual life. And my part-time regiment -- The Cape Town Highlanders.
